Creating .Vob and .Ifo files PLEASE HELP

Hi, another problem

When trying to add dvd files to Nero to burn them, it is looking for .vob and .ifo files. No matter what I do with the file (export it with Nero or use AVI to DVD converter) it always ends up as a MPEG file which Nero will not pick up.

How do I convert the fims to these types of files?

try Nero recoder or try this:

I tried both of these. Error message when converting from MPEG to VOB was that the file was not a compatible dvd file.

When I try and open the Nero Recoder it says 'The licence you are currently using does not allow you to start this application.

Is there anything else I can try?
