Anyone have a Wifi MAX? Playing ad-hoc games using Xlink? Want to help me out?

Zydas recently released a driver that allows psp ad-hoc play using xlink kai and wifi-max. I've followed all the steps involved in installing xlink and I've hit a problem. The problem is that I can't check the "PSP Xlink Mode" checkbox. I click on the checkbox and occasionally the tick appears then dissapears again. I've read that I need to cleanly uninstall the previous Zydas drivers and I've already done that. I've looked to see if any old files or registry settings are hanging around but I can't find anything. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling the latest driver umpteen times but I still can't check that pesky box! Everything else is ok - but without the box checked I can't use Xlink Kai.

If anyone has any idea how to resolve this problem I'd be really grateful - I'll even help you slay a wyvern in Monster Hunter Freedom!

excuse me, can someone please tell me what this Wifi MAX is??? is it like a wireless device that is used to connect to the wireless access point? i am confused!!!

based from the picture, the wifimax is like a wireless device for psp online game but even with the wireless device built in the psp, u can stil play 1 v 1. so what makes wifimax so great, does it enhance speed performance or what?? somone correct me if i'm wrong!!
