PAL imports on NTSC

Im using swapmagic 3.6 with a flip top cover on a slimline ps2. I tell swapmagic that my system is NTSC (if you know how swap magic works you know what i mean) and it solves the black and white that i see on my tv. I get a color image but half the screen is chopped off. Anyone seen this before? Thanks

Just convert the game from PAL to NTSC. There's lots of threads out there that show you how to do it.

You could also get a video signal converter or try a TV that supports PAL/NTSC format, personally I think this is better than converting the game in the long run - saves you the time and trouble, but just my opinion :)

dan168 has a good point, but myself personally..i am just a cheap bas$%&*! and would rather not spend money and just convert XD. Ya got the money then do it! But ya there are plenty of ways and tools to convert the PAL to NTSC.

Heh. I actually got myself a TV tuner for my LCD monitor for PC, and that supportsr NTSC/PAL inputs, so I don't have that problem, otherwise out of the 3 TVs in the house, only one supports both NTSC/PAL ><
