Do I have to use 2 disks to be able to use the DVD Decypher?

I DL the games I used the DVD Decypher on, so my question is, do I have to waste 2 disks? (Burn the content of what I DLed and then turn it into an ISO file and then burn it again.) Or is there a way to bypass this?
