I dont think there is an option. You probably downloaded one of the Daxters froma torrent right? Yeah I saw those ones that were in Spanish. However I have an english Daxter ISO and I could upload the english files for you.

Yeah but the person who made the ISO could have re-linked all the language files to the spanish one so there isn't a way to change it.

Hey guys, cheers for the replies, So i've opened UMDGEN and looked at some of the language foilders in the following categories
USRDIR---->DATA
and
USRDIR----> DIALOGS
And theres a whole range of language folder, but the only one that is filled with data is the english folder?? The spanish and the other ones don't have data on them??
Cheers!

right guys, sorry about the delay, though you'd probably wished i hadn't come back seen as i have more problems!
So, i have down tried renaming the english folder, spanish and the spanish folder to english, but that doesn't work, seen as the original non re-named eglish folder only had audio in it (yet the game still played in spanish??), none of the other language folders had audio in it, does this mean that he has removed all audio apart from spanish (the orginial ISO creator?) oh and eternalis, if the offer for uploading the orginal english files is still open that would be great as long as you tell me what to do with them! lol

OK I'm uploading the english files now, I'll tell you what to do with them when I am finished.

EDIT: OK I am finished, you will need to download 2 RAR files.

First download: http://rapidshare.de/files/25406775/data_english.rar.html

Extract it and then go to PSP_GAME\USR_DIR\DATA\, right-click "English" and select "Replace Selected" and then select the file you extracted.

Then download: http://rapidshare.de/files/25407107/dialog_english.rar.html

Extract it and this time go to PSP_GAME\USR_DIR\DIALOG\ , then do the same as you did last time except use the extracted English folder from the dialog_english.rar file.

All i can say matey, is thakyou very, very much!!! I finally got it working thanks to you! lol
As i loaded up the game, the menus were in english which was great, then when i went to start a new game, the whole intro was spoken in spanish but with english sub-titles which i thought i could live with. Bhen when that finished and thes second cutscene comes after you move around slightly to the light beacon, its all in english including the dialogue!
Thanks again mate!!

okay so i changed it to iso and opened and replaced it with the folder that you supplied and i don't know if i was suposed to do this but i deleted the spanish folder before i added the english folders. I think because of this, now my iso is useless. Can you be a little more descriptive on how to make this happen??? i wish i can say what iso i d/l but i hope i am allowed to say it came from Espalpsp group. thx

Use UMDgen to open the ISO (download from www.psp-hacks.com), look through the ISO to find all a directory with language folders, theres should be loadsa languages, just open the spanish one because thats the only one with audio files in them, replace them with the english ones, rebuild the ISO and your done!

sorry for bumping this thread again. i am getting the iso from combatemortal this time which is still in spanish. it probably was my iso in the 1st place making the game crash like that. Just make sure btw, do i just drag and drop what's on the english folder "into" the spanish folder without renaming the folder to English???
