i just got a datel 4gb hard drive and tried running homebrew such as devhook 0.41d, but it doesn't seem to work. I have firmware 1.5 and I used a 1gb ms before and it worked on that, I just transfer the exact same thing to the new datel hard drive but doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or just not compatible. If I get a 4gb MS instead will it work then, does anyone know?? Thanks

the datel 4gb hdd is shite, and doesnt mesh well with the 1.5 fw users.. the 4gb is what you should invest in..

yeah, like joeva said, it doesn't mesh well, the 4GB HDD isn't compatible w/ Dev Hook, but the 4GB MS is. so get the MS since the MS is cheaper then the HDD

if both scandisk and sony costs around the same. i would go with sony because it is really fast. scandisk is pretty good too, dont get me wrong. but if i were to pick one out of two, i would go with sony. it has never fail me!!!

I would not go with the sony one. Even the sony high speed pro duo isnt as fast as the Sandisk. It is WIDELY known that Sandisk's Pro Duo smokes sony's pertaining to transfer speeds. Plus they're cheaper too :) Also here is a link that explains the pros n cons between the too. Even they say there is a noticable difference in transfer speeds between sandisk and sony.

what hexitnow said + u gotta give sum money to other ppl too...but still according just to the specs, I'd rather have 14 MB less and higher speed rates, that is if the price is cheaper, which it is...

If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

My Comp: (will add specs later)
