It only works on a 1.5 PSP.
Downgrade to 1.5 then you can work it.

it's not developed yet, meaning you can't emulate a 2.71 with devhook. I think you can change the prx files to 2.50 since it works with a 2.60 iso, but I'm not sure, so maybe wait for the new devhook to come out?
