use ripkits or umdripper. Also you can delete the update folders in ISOs that are extracted.

use cISocompressor or daxis compressor, but it can only compress up to 200 MB.

dude u have to understand something, some ISO file can not get any smaller than it is. if u are having problem with game space, i suggest u buying a 2GB memory card.

Well you can try take some of the movies (if there are any) out using UMDGen.

You can also dummy any non-English language files.

go into the usdir folder and look for PMF files that you can dummy or delete.
