Devhook 0.42 Emulation of a firmware (in this case 2.50)

Ok, I did it all, firmware 2.50 is well emulated...before I go on...if anyone needs to do this, instead of going throught the complex process (not that complex if u get easy to understand tutorials which I did not) but instead of me having to make my own tutorial, I'd rather give ppl the files so u just gotta copy and paste wat I will send u (if u ask for it) and thats it u can emulate the 2.5!
Ok, so back to my "problem", I want to emulate firmware 2.71, so what if I go on the emulated firmware 2.50 and upgrade it to 2.71, not that I tried it (im too scared to f*** things up) but I want to be able to emulate 2.71 so y cant u? (im sure there is a reason other than DEVHOOK 0.42 does not say firmware 2.71 in the firmware selection screen...

I wouldnt do that. Your right on not wanting to upgrade the 2.5 to 2.71. Although soon we will be able to emulate it. The thing that has held us back was not being able to decrypt the .prx's but as you more then likely know someone recently created a decrypter that works on 2.71 .prx's. Be watching all the popular sites because before you know it we will be able to emulate it.

LAWL if you woulda read his post you would of noticed he wasnt having any troubles emulating 2.5. He was asking about emulating 2.71. I mean damn look at the FIRST LINE.

I kno but he still said that he had troubles before about emulating 2.5 and I was telling him how he or anyone else did not hav to go through that complex process.
He doesn't have to do this:

soon i bet DevHook .43 will fully emulate 2.7+
eternalis, is it the devhook 2.5 emulation that enabled me to surf the web on my 1.5 psp?

Yes you can use DevHook 2.5 emulation to go on the internet on firmware 1.5.

Dude hush. I corrected him and he noticed it and acknowledged it. you annoy me greatly. But hey you dont hear me complaining to you about it. If i annoyed more people I think I would hear more about it. But what do u know people pm me saying my posts helped them. Yeah he knew wat hes talkin about. But he was giving the wrong info, he thought the guy had problems using devhook. But once again just for you, his very first sentence states it all. Find someone around your own level to mess with.

Ok, I did know that his problem isn't with DevHook. But I was just explaining that he didn't have to go through that complex process before. Hu cares anyway? It was only a post.

Ok well i must apologize bcuz i misunderstood you. I thought you didnt see the fact that he was emulating 2.5 correctly. I see what youre saying now. Plz Check your PM's iPirate. Tell me if u got it too. :)
