i purchased and installed a dvd burner/rom ...reaplacing my old cd burned. when i turned the computer on it said it sound the new hardware... but when i inserted a dvd to watch .. it said error.. that it couldnt be displayed or something...to try and change the screen res or color depth...i did both but it still doesnt work..y?

Have u updated the firmware and did it come with any software??
