hi,
there i have been facing serious problem with Nero i.e i am not able to write a cd whenever i do i get burn process failed at 40(6,000 KB/s)so far i have wasted 10 cd and tried three different brands.
plz help
intially i installed Nero 7 and used to write after this problem i installed 6 but still facing the problem

Have you tried the suggestions,I did read where you have tried Nero7 but I suggested Nero 6.6.0.18, both packages.
