i wanted to know if anyone knows what website is the mopst reliable for psp emulators, and if you find it can you please explain step by step, because i bought an emulator disc from someone and he doesnt explain JACK, so i lost 35 dollars, this time can someone please explain what i have to click and what files to transfer to my memory stick.

First of all which firmware do you have?
The tutorial above is only for firmware 1.5, fo firmware 2.00-2.6 go here:

LMAO @ paying £35
for stuff thats free

you just download the emu

stick it in the game folder

and run it

there are guides on how to run emus on psp all over the place

unless of course, you mean an actual psp emu for pc

which is differnt

i also wanted toknow where can i get GTA LCS for psp i got the game from the guy that was selling that thing for 35 dollars but IT DOESNT WORK, so can someone tell me a reliable site to download gta lcs.

Did that guy give you an ISO file or a UMD. If you got an ISO, you need to do some fixing before you can get it to run.
