I need help with MAME, please.

I just got a psp this week and downgraded it to 1.5. All i really wanna use it for is mame. The problem i'm having is getting the game's to work with mame. I dunno if i'm not putting the game's in the right folder or what. If at all possible,could i get a tutorial on what to do. Or is there a tutorial here that i didn't see? Any help is very appreciated.

the mame emulators arent too great for psp. I usually get errors even when the games are in the right folder
