Well u can google around, or check out dl.qj.net they will prob have it if not the sure way is psp.ps2nfo.com

You can download this at http://www.dl.qj.net. To install it you would place it in the PSP/GAME folder. Starting it should be self explanatory when you go to the mem stick. To use it you have to input the number you want to send an SMS to, you have to edit a configuration file it comes with I believe.
