need help playing GBA rom in DS using supercard

I tried to play GBA backup game in my NDS using supercard, it works but the problem is I can not save, is there something i need to do first to be able to save my game ? I tried 3 games and it did works.
after i power down and power up again in my super card (not in the flashcard) there is a new file but when I load it just hang.
I am using supercard software v2.541 to convert the roms, and my supercard had the latest firmware. I already enable the saver patch.
