i loaded initial d onto my memory stick, launched devhook .41d, but after it rebooted, the psp said i had to update to 2.6 for it to run. i checked some compatibility lists and the lists stated that initial d works using devhook. so what am i doing wrong?

You have to set the "2.XX-->2.00" option before you load it with DevHook.

And is the ISO fixed?

the iso is clean. the compatibility list didnt say i had to fix it. so i just left it alone
