yeah i know that i been reading yall stuff for a while yall know yall stuff i know how to make iso's and where to put them its just when i try to boot it instead o playin the game the umd starts up even after i set it to the iso i wanted to boot wich is a formated gta lbc for 1.5

yeah is thats the one with diffrent icons and stuff all i know is devz2k had posted the link for it i just want to play my gta lbc iso with wifi i been dieing to do this and the mph loader craches my psp when i try to go to wifi

Oh I think I got it.
Is your version of GTA untouched (no PRX files fixed etc)?
If not then DevHook wont run it. You will need to replace your PRX files with the originals or get a new ISO.

ooo yeah i was thinking that same thing since the gta was changed to work on a 1.5 im just gonna have to download a new iso since my friend holding mine so now i cant just dump it thats why i hate shareing :(

Check, you might still have the original ISO that you dumped.
Yeah, I remembered cos someonelse was having the same problem and svtstang said that you had to run it untouched.

can someone tell me if devhook 0.42 or .43 needs a UMD inside the PSP to play games? i hate having my UMD in there cause it loads to the sample screen everytime i start my psp up and i dont want to open and close it so often. i read at a lot of places that a UMD is not required can someone tell me if its a setting i need to change or there is error in my root folders

Which games do you want to run?
You can play all 1.5 games and some 2.00+ games without a UMD. To load 2.00+ games without a UMD you use the RunUMD(1.5 only) option in DevHook.

oops ;P anyway what settings in devhook 0.43 do i need to run outrun2k6? my psp just turns off after a lil while when i load it.

thanx but i did try those settings. but i dont have that version from rapidshare i had another version like devhook.rar which was about 13mb, so i'll download the rapidshare version and see if this helps. thanx big time for that ;)

I know. Jaskaran made a good point when I pissed him off earlier:
Where the hell have Babaya, stang, bullitz and all them been? Hodgins wasn't around much, either. dusk wasn't, either, come to think of it.
Maybe everyone's enjoying 2.60 emu. I would go and play Coast 2 Coast, but I think I'm burned out. Maybe later.

@eternalis i dl the rapidshare version of devhook 0.43 and exactly the same thing happens, i load iso and then start and it come up with sony entertainment logo comes up and then it switches off.:(
any help would be much appreciated.

try ALL the addresses. One is bound to work. I got pissed when my PSP froze. I thought 2.60 emu was a cruel joke at that point. But then I remembered you need to try other addresses and it worked great!
