i still dint find an untouched gta lbc iso but tryed my madden 06 iso and it worked great wich dosn't mater to me since i dont understand football game's :( i can wait to get a new gta iso

Just go and buy a used copy of GTA:LCS at the game store. Ask your parents for money or something. You can prolly get it for like $15-20 USD now. Then you can rip it and read my tutorial on how to get it down to 460MB and you'll be good to go!

@guano i tried all adresses and still nothing :( is it the fact that im using a movie UMD instead of a game UMD? as i have sold my games because i mainly play emulators on my PSP. So im just about to go out and buy a secondhand game if this will help.

hey, new to the game and some lingo. check this out..currently I got my psp @ xmas updated to 2.6..don't know what the original version was. With this new emulator can I play some iso's that i downloaded? like tekken dark, mercury, street fighter 3..have a 1G stick what do i need to do? Novice to experts

first off, you need to delete that torrent reference. Go back and edit your post. You'll get banned it the mods see that. Secondly you say you have a 2.60 PSP, right? It sounds like you do, but I'm really tired and I'm about to go to bed REAL soon.
Go here and you'll need to download this and downgrade your PSP. If you've upgraded it, you'll be fine. ppl were saying you shouldn't downgrade if you have a factory 2.60, but yours isn't.

look for videos to do this on the net (Google search) if you're uncertain as to what you need to do.
I'm telling you to do this b/c you CANNOT run ISOs on a 2.60 PSP!

I don't think that's the problem. You might also need to include the X5 file or something. I don't know. I know this d/l is the best one, but I haven't used it yet.
Read the readme. Hopefully that helps.

yeah i have gta lbc but lent it out to a friend so might have to wait till he gives it back but any way dose any one know how to downgrade a 2.5 psp i dint know they could be downgraded till a few days ago and dont want to get a fake downgrader

how can i tell if it is a 2.6 of what? When i got madden for xmas I couldn't play it until i downloaded the update for 2.6.

Do you mean if your PSP is a 2.6?
Well umm..if you updated to 2.6, then your PSP is a 2.6.
You can tell the firmware of a UMD as it comes with the Update that is required to run it.

DevHook 0.41 can only emulate firmware 2.5.
However the new DevHook 0.43 can emulate firmware 2.6!
And alot of the ISOs that were previoulsy not working, now work!
I highly recommend upgrading to 0.43.

I finally got outrun 2006 to work on my PSP 1.50 with devhook 0.43 and boot with V8 supercars 2 UMD and would like to thank eternalis & guano
for their help ;)

Hi guys..
first post here
well here's the story
i won a psp with 2.50 firmwire and now i'm looking how to play iso on it or other games but i don't seem to manage with anything
i've read this whole post but didn't manage to run devhook
always says can't load game file is corrupted
besides copying the files to the memory root i need to do smth else?
can anyone make a guide with easy steps 1 by 1 for us dummies? :)

you can't play ISOs and you can't run DevHook v0.43 until you downdate your PSP to v1.50. The downdater link IS IN THIS VERY THREAD! Downdate, then come back and ask for assistance regarding installation of homebrew you can actually use...
