Scarlet Pimpernel - PAL to NTSC question

I just bought the Scarlet Pimpernel on DVD. Unfortunately, it's only available on DVD in PAL format.

This works fine on my computer, but I want to be able to play it on my big screen.

I've read alot of varying ideas and techniques for converting PAL to NTSC.

Can someone who has done this please tell me how you did it?

There is a software download in the software section for a DVD Region Free application. Use this and it will unlock the Regions

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I take the movie off the PAL DVD, convert it to NTSC then burn a new DVD with the NTSC so that I can watch it on my TV.

Thanks Labrat but that thread is for NTSC to PAL, I need just the opposite. PAL to NTSC. I will try it though and see if i can figure it out with those progs listed.

It should work the same just reverse the order.

NTSC to PAL...

after 2 days of not knowing 3/4 new proggys and alot of headache i did it the other way rouud but the principal is the same i think?
