The following motherboards are either capable or not capable with the new 2.60/2.50 downgrader and MPH downgrader 2.0 to 1.50.

CAPABLE:

1CB001
1C6001
1C9001
No Code

NOT CAPABLE:

1C1003 a.k.a TA-082

American Box:

Australian Box:

Asian Box:

Codes:

No letter = 1.0 (Japanese Release) 1.5 (North-American release) confirmed
A = 1.5 confirmed
B = 1.51 confirmed
C = 1.52 confirmed
D = 1.52 confirmed
E = 1.52 confirmed
F = 2.0 confirmed
G = 2.01 confirmed
H = 2.50 confirmed
I = 2.60 confirmed

I hope this helps, this information is from many different sources I put togeather...It helped me and I thought i'd put it in one little package for everyone. I hope it helps..:)

Just so u know a 1c1003 psp is a TA-082 psp. Its the same thing.

my mobo is fine its IC6001 so no probs on the 'Easy 2.50/2.60 Downgrader' download page it says

'Your PSP CANNOT be a factory 2.50/2.60 PSP! It had to have been updated once before from a previous version or the downgrader will not work, thus a brick'

if i update my factory v2.5 to v2.6 then run 'Easy 2.50/2.60 Downgrader' will this result in bricking my psp or a successful downgrade?

If any people out there that have successflly downgraded a factory 2.5 psp please reply!!

I have modded the folowing versions:
2.6 (updated from 2.0)
2.5 (updated from 1.5)
and Factory 2.01 (upgraded to 2.6 then downgraded)
Have not found a factory 2.6 to test but my missus had a factory 2.5 which i downgraded, but it was weird, it downgraded to 2.01 but able to load isos, very odd. Fixed it with SXT Version changer. And just to be safe, upgraded it to 2.0 then downgraded with MPH's downgrader.
