ok so i downgraded my psp from a 2.6 to a 1.5, that wasnt very successful but thats a different story, but anyway now there is a file called odd in my root of my psp what is this?
IDK. If it's in the root, just delete it. It's probably just confirmation data of the downgrade... But just as they say w/ homebrew, use my advise at your own risk. I am not responsible if your PSP bricks after removing that file. If you don't feel safe deleting it, you can just right click it, go to properties then click to HIDE the file. That way, it will still be there if the PSP needs it (which is doubtful anyway) but you won't have to look at it, so it's like it won't be there. So what's the different story? Why didn't the downgrade go well?
im tryin to find all the downgrade stuff now like the mph thing i've been tryin to read ur tut on the other thing tho tryin to understand it i took a nap too lol ooo and my corndog and code red were great
WHAAAAAAAATTT??? I haven't had a CODE RED in dog's day! Code red is bomb, but it gets flat too quickly. Other than that, I like Livewire, too.
Did you know:
Mountain Dew is the ONLY soda that has 6 different flavours? Count 'em:
Mountain Dew (Original Flavour)
CODE RED (Cherry Flavour)
LiveWire (Orange Flavour)
Bali Blast (Looks like Windex, tastes great!)
Pitch Black (Black Cherry)
Pitch Black 2 (Black Cherry, More Sour)
ok livewire is great but still overall codered best anyway everytime i try to download the mph thing my antivirus deletes it it says this...trojan.pspbrick it it deletes the overflow thing i need im off to see pirates ill be bak 2nite talk to u later
oh, you just need to shut your firewall off. I've heard about that, that it might come up as a virus b/c of the .tif overflow file. Trust it tho, it's cool.
I actually haven't found any unreliable places yet! Everytime I've downloaded any file, I've just clicked on the first one thru Google and it worked everytime. I am convinced that everyone in the homebrew scene is here to help and I've learned that over the past 1.50 years. The only problem I've EVER heard of was the PSP TROJAN VIRUS which the kid put a stop to it and he felt bad and made a public announcement saying he was sorry and it was a stupid thing to do. Other than that, I have been a homebrew whore d/lding anywhere I could find the hard-to-find homebrews. But throughout this time, I have also come to find my favourite sites:
and that's pretty much it. I don't really like many other places. Hell, I'll throw some props to PSP-Hacks b/c that's where I got the Fired Up Browser I used for so long and I got some other files there as well. They've been good to me.

lol. PSP Hacks is like the place I get all my files (I can't be stuffed using Google for homebrew). Most of the time, it is the first to have new homebrew (like DevHook).
