Yes, you can do this for any game, provided that the music used is in ATRAC 3 format (.at3 files). To check, just open up your ISO using UMDGen and look for the music files.

Then convert your music to ATRAC3 (using SonicStage or some other software) and rename it and replace the music in there with yours using UMDGen.

i think the big files are Ea games propietory sound file becuase they were in SSX on tour also. Your not going to have much luck probally.
