when this is mentioned, what does modded core means???? is this a program? a file? could some1 tell me what do i hav to do when this is how i should load my ISO's!!!!

Its a mod for RunUMD that does something that I forgot (I think it was something about sleep mode)
But its not important, just use DevHook, you don't need this.

a modded core is when hackers mod the core of run umd and make games load that would not otherwise. Usualy called a fix.

This is what it does:
