How do you convert a CD .bin file to a DVD image?

Hello. Please help me. You see I've got this Action Replay bootable CD .bin file which I burned to a CD-R. It used to boot just fine in my PS2 via Swap Magic CD but it won't anymore.

It won't read any CDs anymore. So, what I want to do is convert it into a bootable DVD image file. All of my backup DVDs always work w/ Swap Magic DVD and I am sick and tired of CD based images.

Is there anyway to convert this .bin file to a possible DVD .iso or image?

You'd need to extract all the files from the cd to your HD. Change the media checks in the IOP, SYSTEM & SLES/SLUS file with Sonix DVDScan from CD to DVD, then rebuild the image using Sony CDVDGenerator, making sure the 1st file is placed high up in the Table Of Contents so that you create a false TOC so as to be able to burn to DVD.

Or you can open the image in Nero 7 ( 6 might be ok )

Then change the TAB to DVD

I have done this for various ps2 items.

If this does not work, use CD/DVDgen and rebuild the Disc to DVD.
