hi im new to ps2 hacking and id appreciate it if u can answer some questions for me!

is swap magic 3.6 better than swap magic 3 Coder?
what is the difference between the types of DVDs like DVD-R, DVD+R and is it good to use DVD-RW?
i have ps2 version 5/6 and i want to know before i buy this and a dvd burner. plz i know u tell people to search but i havent found anything! sorry for the inconvienience.

swap magic 3.6 and 3.8 are the same except 3.8 has built in cheat function, so you can use it with your backups

well which is better DVD-R or DVD+R remember i am new to this?

EDIT: well i figured it out by looking at the glossery it says that +R is better but -R is ok too.

yeh i read it thx i know that DVD+R's are better than DVD-Rs and this website is the best it has everything i need to know and helps me in the right direction good job guys.
