NEED HELP WITH Dr.DivX .WMV ISSUE

I have been using the newest version of dr.divx to convert .wmv files into DivX. The other day when i tryed to open a .wmv Dr.DivX told me that the file was unusable. This now happens with all .wmvs wich is very anoying because thats what i use it for. i have tryed uninstalling and reinstalling and a previous version of the program but no luck.. Does someone have an anwser?
