Okay

Im new here and i just bought a flip top. ive been going to some sites to get torrents on games and i download them. the problem starts after that. i have no clue how to proporly place the ps2 file onto my dvd. i have Alcohol 120%. what do i need to do to correctly burn the disc!?!?

I hope you also bought Swap Magic with that fliptop to be able to load those games.

Things you will need
WinRAR
DVD Decrypter
QUALITY DVD'S!!!!!!

Then follow the guide by Hursty and you should be just fine.

That's piracy and is not allowed. ESPECIALLY don't announce it to the people here that you don't own something you're making a backup of..

Anyway, since you ask some many questions about different programs, have a look at the stickied forum topics at the top of page 1 to READ and LEARN what these programs do. Countless others have given you links, just look and read and try to learn before you ask such simple questions.

You use WinRAR to extract the .rar .001 files you get from the torrents. You end up with an .iso file. Burn that file with DVD Decrypter at half the blank media's rated speed.

That's what the link to Hurtsy's thread was. It tells you step by step what to do with the files once you get them. But if you look at the top bold threads they will give you alot of info on the basics of backing up games, what you need, etc.
