Slim kit pro installation problems

Why hello there, im new to this forum, and maybe you can help me with a problem im having with installing slim kit pro (www.slimkitpro.net) Im having a hard time getting tool C into place, i have an old version of the slimeline, so should be able to just put it down, but i can only get it in 6 milimetres or so, then it won't go any further, and it still doesn't work, its quite annoying, do you know what i am doing wrong?

Make sure you are inserting it correctly, you should just move it around in the hole a little and push it down, it isnt working because its either not inserted correctly or not pushed in enough, you need to get the entire thing in, get the ribs section in aswell.
