hello!

i have a question, i've been playing NFSMW on psp for 3 days now. i'm currently working on blacklist #9. everytime i win in the previous events, "new performance upgrade" is displayed. yet, i already finished upgrading my car to level 4 and my car's specs are still in the range of 50%.

how will i make my car 100% in all of its upgrade?

If it's an ISO, that's your problem, right there. I have a copy of the ISO and I had the same thing happen to me. It's a glitch in the program. If you keep going tho, it will sort itself out and you'll be able to upgrade again.
