I know this should probably be in another thread but i have a XFX GeForce 6600gt in my existing P.C but when i play some games i.e: Far Cry, F.E.A.R i get black jagged edges (triangles0 on the screen does this mean my card is damaged and if so would it be repairable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Just save your money and get a new video card. If you truely have a budget for a new computer just get high end video. What is your current system?

Either way I suggest this. It will solve all your problems and you won't have to get a new compy.

If your computer is initially slower then you might want to check out your upgrade options before getting a new computer altogether.

More RAM and a faster CPU is a good bet.

Oh yeah, and a good PSU is also crucial.

omg WAIT DON'T get anything with amd right now, just wait, all of their prices are about to drop A LOT. Intel is coming out with processors that are going to force AMD to drop theirs.
