hi i have two psp 1.5 one white jap one black uk(warrenty still now i have to sell one but which one are japs better or the uks pleaz help me i need to know i cant decide so use can

well the jap ones are said to have a better screen and their buttons protrude more :)

what do u mean protude yes comapring the psp the white one screen does have an edge over the light and shrapness of the black i mean very slightlly better

comparing the are slighty higher up doesnt make gameplay any different if u hadnt said this i wouldnt have even new still doesnt aswer my question which one to sell and which one to keep i have played both and they play the same but why black uk one has 11 months and 3 weeks warrenty left

well, if your running homebrew and something goes wrong with it and you send it back to sony its gonna come back a 2.71. i think people will pay more for a white 1.5 psp anyway

well the white one allows you to see grime better and have you clean it more often in turn giving your PSP a longer life...but for the most part i doubt there are any differences if they are both 1.5, just ones the black and ones white...but color doesn't matter right?

I would rather have the white JAP 1.5. Like Hodgins said the Jap ones have a sharp screen instead of a samsung which are better. I got an early 1.5 U.S psp and it had a sharp screen and I noticed a difference between the samsung one. Also if the White ones dont get released in the
U.S they will probally be worth more in the future like the black and blue sega gamegears. The blue one from japan is worth twice as much now.

Well as of now, the only release for the white PSP has been in Japan and just recently the UK, with that racist billboard showing the white woman holding the black man?quite disturbing imo, I doubt they will make it in the US till this calms down alittle?my opinion of course?
Then again if you really care of what your PSP looks like, you can just buy a faceplate and change it yourself.

PS3 brilliant ive got a 20gb jap here in the uk to high customs tho £92.90 and the step down was 45 quid oh well its awsome
psp(black1.5)
psp(white 1.5)
1 gb sandisk
other consoles (360)
PC AMD ATHALON 1.6GHZ AND FAST AS A P4 256 PCI EXPRESS ATI GRAPHICS (X550)
shinny new dell laptop on the way hopefully get next week hopefully fills the missing void my blody ps3 i dont have yet |

I myself got one of the first available in May of 2005 in the US
So it was factory 1.5 and black, havn't had any problems at all and the warenty was a waste since they made a very good machine.
If you dont want to f up your PSP, treat it like a computer and not a POS DS (yay fan-boy comments) dont give it to your little bro for example. Second if you have a 2.6 and trying to downgrade your risking bricking your PSP, and well im damn sure that voids the warenty on account your hacking Sony's machine. Third avoid soddering the mod chip yourself unless your skilled in that field since the soddering is for little patient fingers...last I say avoid PSP2TV like the plage since if you watch the video of what you have to go threw to make it work, it will make your stomace chern.
Just be carful, and it should last forever
