i got the emulators for both systems. i put the folders in the root folder but when i go to the memory stick under games, i don't see any progs for them. i got snes9xTYL-0.4.1 on a 1.5, and the roms that i have has a .smc extension

You dont put the emulators there. There is a folder inside of the psp folder named game and that is where they go.

I personally havent used the genesis emulator but check the options menu. There is a good chance there is. I know there is for the snes emulators.
