whenever i try to go on the internet it starts off ok but when its opening the ip adress(i have no idea what that is)then it says"a connection error has occured the attempt to abtain the ip adress timed out iam new at this and noone i know has a psp plz awnser thank

ive looked at the guide thing but i cant see how to fix my problem.. i have wireless internet and everything its just that it says timed out whenever i try to open internet
