DevHook 43 Locks up when loading an ISO

I have an ISO that when loaded using Devhook 43, locks up. SO far this is the first major issue I have had aside from some occasional saving issues with one other game. What can I do to fix this?

What game is it your trying to load. Has it worked on previous versions of devhook. there is also a new release of devhook which allows emulation of the 2.71 FW. here is a page u can get it from

SilentHill Experience is the one. I just use 43 now since it is 2.6 compatible. but I'll DL 44.

ahaha, i downloaded a CSO'ed shin budkai, didnt work, foze when loaded up, downloadedthe untouched iso and did it myself...bad experiences with already cso'ed stuff. al well

Ok people this hopefully is the answer to your problems. When emulating the 2.71 firmware boot it at the clock speed of 222mhz and if u still insist of using the optimum speed then goto home when the game has started to take you back to the XMB and press home and select and that should change the processor speed.
