Like the title sais .... what do you think is the best homebrew application released for the psp, personally i think its the Pimp Streamer app .
But you decide?

devhook is without a doubt my favorite program out there. i am so glad i have been at 1.5 since the first day of the psp release.

I would have to agree w/ hex. DevHook v0.44 is this $hit!!!
Other than that for an app which does NOT emu FW, you could try FA++ by 71M.
This program lets you view files in flash mode just like how you would see them on your computer if you were hooked via USB. You can copy and paste, delete, rename, run files (eboots) listen to music, view pics, etc.
It's one of the BEST!

WO!!! i have never heard of that program...Where can I find that if you dont mind telling me. Or tell me to find it myself I dont care...Also congrats on making that no autorun eboot. Pretty damn cool if u ask me. Thumbs up GUANO!!!!

For me it would it have to be PMPMOD AVC.
Full res 480x272 h264 movies. :D

Yup, thats the one, theres always some debate about which video player is better but I guess its a matter of preference... I've yet to check out Pimp Streamer, sounds good, so far my vote goes to DevHook.

Dang forgot about those two - Umd Gen 3.01 & 2.0.
Anyone know where I can get my hands on Attacks of the Mutants? I hear its a pretty good homebrew game.

it sniffs out all wifi locations, i dont think it works properly though, if your getting it off psp-homebre.eu its a little column in the table that tells you how good or bad an app is :)
