Just a note for people to be aware of.

I bought two 2Gb Sony Memory stick pro duo's from eBay. One located in California (where i was living at the time) and one from Hong Kong.

the Californian one was $90 the Hong Kong one £25. Both auctions so i thought i got lucky with the one from Hong Kong. However although looking identical there is a big difference in performance.

Both are 2Gb but the Hong Kong (fake i know think) one takes approx 5 minutes to fill from a PC link. The Californian one takes little over a minute. Huge difference.

So be warned. If it seems too good to be true...It probably is!

plus the difference in transfer speeds may not mean they are fake this is because one could have been high speed one may not have.

But alienator has a point, i dont want to sound rude. he is right, there has got to be 20 different threads on here about this same subject. Search isnt hard to use and for the most part people know how to use it. The people who don't, you know who you are. Get familiar with it.

What is this PSP forum being reduced to?

OK he did post something that was posted already.

But the first line of his post says, "Just a not for people to be aware of". I would take that as a note he is just trying to help people, not asking a question.

Note also he is a newbie, he hasn't been around when those other threads are formed to know about them.

Its a rule to search before you ask a question. No one ever said you have to search and make sure you didn't give out some advice that was given already.

The point of the site is to help and contribute and he was posting something that he thought would help ppl so he wasn't really in the wrong. That thread you posted is on like page 20, so at least this one stays on the first few pages sorta like a reminder/bump.
