This is a link to the PSP2TV product which you can buy.
Not sure of the price but when it first came out it was around 100$ and after seeing the video of the process to setting up your PSP to work on the tv, it doesnt seem worth it.
More or less you have to void the warrenty and remove the casing and remove the ribbons out of the computer chips and replace them with others, no soddering required though. More or less if you are patient with it, and grounded to avoid static you can do it without a problem.
Do a search for the Psp2Tv video and you will see what I mean.
Other than that there are several which use prisms that attach to the LCD screen and it captures the picture and projects it onto the tv, yet unlike the PSP2tv you still have to use the PSP's joystick and it looks combersome.
Hope that helps
*Edit*
Heres a link to the movie

I see a point...lets see I can have my super nintendo, nintendo, mame, atari, game gear, game boy, genesis, psp games, movies, pictures, and anything else on my 50 inch tv with somthing that only takes up the space of a PSP...awsome IMO
@hodgins91
Just because you modify it doesn't mean its not portible anymore. You just screw it into the holder so it doesnt come out by mistake. This is basically what you do to your extra 1.5 psp :P

Its going to be crystal clear, and you can set it with PSP2Tv to either be 16:9 or 4:3 so it will be a good fit

Well if a hand cramp is the only reason you would open up your PSP, I suggest investing in somthing like NYKO Speaker/Case stand so you can have a larger battery life, better speakers, and a stand to hold the psp up while you watch.

^Link to something on that level^
But if you wanna spend 100$ on the psp2tv, go for it :)
There also is a product which just covers up your PSP screen and has the picture project to the tv and costs around 50$
http://www.psptvadaptor.com/index.htm Thats a link to that one, safer than psp2tv but you cant use a PS2 joystick
