good, lol . well make a folder called ISO (must be in capitals). in your memory stick root, then just put all your iso's in that folder

and you have to use a Loader to load them, the best is Devhook so far.

Yeah, you should put the ISO in the ISo folder. If you open the ISO in WinRAR you should see UMD_DATA.BIN and PSP_GAME.
Use DevHook to run your ISO. Download this easy installer:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/636 (All you have to do is plug in your PSP, put it into USB mode and run this app, it will take care of the rest).
Than run your ISO with these settings;
ISO-ANYUMD
dh\271\(MSROOT)
Pre-load address- 89000000
(You may have to mess around w/ these to get it working),
