hey guys my psp has been gathering dusk for a while and i was even considering selling it as i dont play it much

but now i really wanna play tekken

how do i get this to run??
ive dl the iso but it dont work with fastloader or umd emulator
i totally dont know how much things have moved on with the psp

downloaded dev hook

when i run it it say cant load/start devhook

what am i doing wrong desp to play tekken :(

You have firmware 1.5 correct? What settings are you using with devhook?

Ok try these settings

UMD SELECT - Select the tekken backup
UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx --> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222 mhz
BOOT SELECT - reboot xmb
OTHER - Dont touch this one leave it as it is.

Also did you download the devhook with prepackaged firmware files. Its around 15 megabytes.

i cant change nothing

when i click to start devhoom
it goes to a blank black screenive got a dh folder that im not sure what to do with??

ok thats prolly why.. drop the dh folder to the root of your memstick. the dh folder contains all the necessary firmware files so devhook can emulate them

right just gave it a go

on the first time the memory card light keeps flashing but thats about it

nothing else happens

i got the 800mb iso

Did you get the pre packaged version and did you use the exact settings I stated. I used the package from

http://www.psp-hacks.com

And it works flawlessly. I play tekken all the time. I hope its not because of the rip, sounds like someone used a ripkit to get it down to 800mb. Sometimes those can pose a problem, as the one for splinter cell essentials would cause it to freeze during cutscenes. Correct me if im wrong someone!!!

the other tekken iso is too big for my 1 gig card!!

Use the ISO Compressor to compress into CSO format.

Get it from the downloads/utils section of http://www.psp-hacks.com

ive actually got the 785804 kb cso tekken file but it dont work :(
it just goes to black screen then nothing happens

Im having a problem because when ever I make it a .CSO file it comes to 1.15gb and I need it to be under 1gb (I have 1gb memory stick).

well thats a problem, google a ripkit for it, or dummy movie and music files.
