Actually there is another one (but it is in Japanese) called Kazuo.

I think you can get the english one from the official Sony PSP website.

When I go on the official PSP site and there are certain game downloads. I see the Locco Rocco game and the Kazuo game and I see other games that are much smaller like World Soccer Tour two and Key of Heaven Pack #6 and stuff like that. I was wondering are these games for the psp or are they like Wipeout packs which are like extra tracks and levels. Heres the link.

They're just extras for games (you have to have the actual ISO/UMD to use them)
