CRAP!!!
Video card selection sucks..
get a single card. like a 7900GT and that will owne your 2 6800XT's
and then when you decide to get an new video, u just get another 7900GT, and the cpu is nice if you plan to overclock, because the multicores are not the best for gaming yet. and the hard drive, is it IDE or SATA?
SATA is much better! and make sure they are 7,200 or above.

Should have got 7900s. Sorry to say the dealer saw you coming, you got 6800s because they are old school. It will play high spec games & look nice, but you got ripped off! To say it is better than your old Radeon is not a fair comparison. Just 1 6800 would have seriously kicked the arse of your Radeon. Your Radeon was only an OK card, nothing really special.
Life's a bitch & so are dealers.
What make & model are your HDs?
Whoa, just did a currency conversion. You have paid WAY over the odds for your system. Was the dealer sporting a pair of binoculars, or a telescope? He really saw you coming from a hell of a distance. I hope to God you got a decent MOBO & RAM. At least you have a good CPU.

There are lots of different HDs out there. SATA is the quickest way to transfer data. The Seagate Barracuda has transfer speeds up to 3GB/second (WAY faster than the usual 150Mb/second)

I'm a bit late... but, wow. Super rip-off. That's a $1000 build tops. And only if you got a nice mobo and some awesome RAM... But for what it is it's good.
Will play just about everything fine. Though I'm not sure how Oblivion will react to it. It freaks out with the 6800GS and gives low frames.
But I guess if you're happy with it I can congratulate you on a new PC... always a yearly highlight.
Have fun :)

Ok... maybe like $800? Just guessing.
I guess my compy was about $1000 in the end so $800 isn't unrealistic.

@ mark5hs,
Max settings? At what resolution though? 1280 x 1024 right? That is justifiable. Most mid/powerful cards can run it full at max settings at that res. But they seem to die at 1600 x 1200. Even at 1280 x 1024 the X1900XT in Crossfire can drop to 25 frames when an Oblivion portal opens in the wilderness. The trees and vegitation plus the monsters and portal are extremely demanding on any system.
But yeah, even I run at 1280 x 1024 on max with an average fps of 45+. In the low 90's indoors. But when I run into an Oblivion gate it sort of dies. It is still playable but it borders on a fast slideshow; like 16-20FPS. It may also mean something to say I use no AA or AF and only bloom lighting. Still beautiful but not like HDR :)
HDR is so realistic and beautiful it's not even funny.
Also, you got one hell of a deal on that system if it was $600 ;D
