Everytime when I try to run a game on Daxziso it gives me 2 flashes on the reading memory card then give me:
"The game could not be started. {8001007B)"
When i run Lumines (on memory card) it gives me the {80010002) error.
Any solutions for any of the problems?

the files may have gotten stale. rename by changing case. then rename them again. Also, make sure the extensions say ".dax.iso"

Also note that not all games work with DAXZISO and not all games work when compressed in DAX format. However all games do work on DevHook.
So you might be better off, changing the compression to CSO and running your ISOs with DevHook

i only have a 256 card, so i want to take advantage of Dax's usb connection. But if i compress it to dax, and is small enough for my card, i could use DevHook to open it?

No, DevHook doesn't run DAX files. However, you can use another type of compression called CSO, and DevHook can run these files.
However there is a USB Mod for DevHook that allows you to run games from your PC via USB on your PSP, check here for more info:

You can compress so that it is about the same size as a DAX compressed image.
Yeah, DevHook is way more compatible.

Put the CSO/ISO into a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick.

Well, get your PSP out of USB Mode.
Then go to GAME-->Memory Stick and then run DevHook.
Hmmm wait, ummm I'm not sure if that USB mod does what we think it does. All it says in the readme is that you can now turn USB on and off. So you might not be able to run your ISOs via USB.
