i know it seems a weird question, but the dvd disk of my swap magicstoppped working. Is it possible to use a retail cd swapmagic to boot a copied dvd swap magic to boot a game?

Also, i have seen various dvd releases and dvd rips that a small enough to fit on a cd, can i burn these to cd and play them as normal, or do they need to be burned to a dvd as normal?

I'm not actual home for a few days so i can't try this myself.

Thanks for any help.

The CD version won't boot the DVD version, otherwise what'd be the point in needing both discs? You can do a TOC refresh, using an additional loader, such as CDLoader, CogSwapLoader etc.. & a high TOC original store bought DVD game (such as Devil May Cry) to boot DVD backups though.
