HI there people. this is my first time when i am posting a topic in this forum. rite now i am in pakistan i am here for my vacation.
i am using a cable net service. its like one person who has all the bandwidth and then he distributes to all other people who wants to but from him. but usuaully i works bit slow and at nite it goes little faster. now my problem is that on dial up before i used shareware programs. but now on cable net none of them seems to work. eg. bitcomet ,limewire,utorrent . i tried them all and none of them work. can someone help me how to get them work. . i mean any way i can hack the ip? i dont know anything about hacking so please tell me in detail. 1 more thing is that . the cable guy distributes the bandwidth into many people so sometimes the internet works very slow . so can someone suggest me some software that can drag more bandwidth towards me ???
please help me.

LOL...your ISP has the "fight for bandwidth" thing...meaning the users have to fight for the usage of the bandwidth if someone else is using it...

think of it as a pipe: say 10 people are using 5% each of that pipe...you are only left with 50% of the pipe left to flow your bandwidth thourgh...

no hacking will help you
