cant get devhook 0.44 to work!!!!!!!!!

hi. av downgraded my psp to 1.5 and got umd emulator v0.8c working bt cant get all my games to work. so i got devhook 0.44 and i cant get it to work. am nt sure where to pt the files. av look at some guides bt still cant get it to work. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

delete umd emulator....u dont need it. Make a new file called iso in ur root and put isos there. Put the dh file in the root also. Then put the 2 devhook files in games folder. Not sure where u download devhook .44 but it should come with 2.71 firmware. If not the get the full download at psp-hacks.com.

run devhook and use these settings

umd select - ur isos
umd mount - iso anyumd
umd version - 2.xx->2.00
firmware - 2.71 (if needed) depends on game
cpu clock - 222mhz
boot select - reboot mxb

then start and the psp should reboot to firmware 2.71 and load what ever isos u selected.

Ive not actually tried it Im afraid. Im still using 0.43 as Ive got no need for 2.71 fw yet !

I'd say back up anything you need on your MS like save games, then re-format it so you can start nice and fresh. The only thing you need these days for isos is devhook 0.44, so download the full pack from http://www.ps2nfo.com, and install all of that. Get your iso(s) and put them in your ISO folder, then launch devhook with the settings provided by Criskahn2. That should work.

When in devhook 0.44 dont forget to change the preload adress(if needs to) and cpu clock must be 222.
