the problem is the iso isn't an iso it is a folder

Read your post and see if u can understand it. It is an iso, it isn't an iso. It is the folder? Huh, what? ISO files go in a folder named ISO. The ISO folder goes into the root of your memstick. I dont know if thats what you're askin but thats what im sayin. Post back if you have any more questions.

The iso is a folder called PSP_GAME

Is it an actual ISO file. Or did u download a pack that has a specific game loader for socom.

say you go into WinRAR for an iso click on the iso you will see a folder titled psp game and a bin file titled umd data. but I never got the chance to click on the iso

or alternatively use umdgen whic in my personal experience is easier and better to use

Well the prob with UMDGEN is it doesnt always work with all games. Vcdromx on the other hand works with all games, or I havent run into one game that it hasnt worked on.
