hey i like to know if it possible if the screen of the psp can be like fix like take out all the scarth

You can buff out some of the smaller scratches. Bigger ones are a little harder tho. You could always buy a new faceplate tho.

LAWL sorry I cant spend all day on aD sending and receiving posts. I'm sorry but I have a life outside the psp. They make buffing pads for cd's that take a very very light layer of the plastic off. Im talkin like 1mm. That will help with some of the smaller ones.

Haha dude everyones got questions and whatnot. I know some gaming places sell them to help repair small scratches on gaming discs. I would imagine wal-mart sells something like this too. I buy bricked psp's so I can have spare parts for mine incase something breaks, i have got 3 psp's. I also buy them and then fix them. I buy em off ebay for like 60 to 75 dollars, fix em and sell em for a profit.

No probs guys, just happy to be some sort of help to ya :) I buy the bricked ones. Then I will buy one that has a broken screen and I swap the motherboards. Then I sell what parts I can sell. And then keep some for my own personal collection. Just the little chrome switch you push up to turn on your psp goes for around 20.

Its not too hard, you pull the faceplate off. Then you take the lcd out and the lcd tray becuase there is a cable that hooks into a pcb right underneath the AXBY buttons. Then u have to take that pcb out and you're in the clear.

@Jagman
Sounds like you need a new UMD Door. Those are about 20 bux and I dont believe theyre too hard to replace. I have never had to do one myself.
