recently i have been using BitComet and a private tracker and have been getting great speeds like 200 kb/s but when i start to seed i only get around about 30kb/s upload speed and i have a 2mb connection is that a normal UL speed? or is there a way i can make it better so i can seed torrents more.

Because BC is a piece of crap client.

Seriously, I know you're young, but you post so much you MUST be reading some of the other threads on this topic. They come across at least once every couple days.

BC is generally known as a leecher client, it violates the rules of fairplay and sharing to get your more speed. As such, it's less reliable, less secure, and MUCH more likely to get you banned from your favorite tracker. Besides that, it undermines sharing...the basis of p2p.
