I am new to this stuff and I need some help.. I recently got a usb extreme for my slim ps2 and I want to know if i can download games and then transfer it to my HD. Is this possible and if so how to i do that? I already have downloaded a game from mininova and I would like to transfer it to my Hd to make it work with usb extreme.

Hook up the external hard drive to your pc. Hopefully whatever system you use recognizes the external hard drive. Then transfer the iso to the external hard drive. My guess is, that should do it!

I have another question what do I do after that the game is downloaded? I try to transfer the files to to external hard drive but it didn't work. Maybe there is something i missed in the processes. There is a total of 65 files and windows doesn't recognized them, Do i need to extract all of them using WinRAR?

You need to extract the files using WinRAR so it is now an ISO file as I have said before. After you have extracted the ISO, then transfer the ISO file to the hard drive.
