you can play gta liberty city stories on a version 1.50 psp.typically you need to update your psp to 2.00 to play gta.upgrading will limit you ability to play homebrew but where there is a will to play there is a way.note: you must own gta to do this.
first dl umd ripper 110
next rip gta
next dl umd generator ver. 2.00
next create the copy of the gta umd
put the gta iso. folder in the root of the memory card
now the tricky part
dl a program called decryptprx and use it to edit the prx file in the umd you just created.this program overwrites the files in the prx folder and enables this hack to work , now you have a working ripped version.if you need help e-mail me at ant6210@msn.com
next you need to downlod mph gameloader 2.00
put the mph and mph% folders in the game folder in the psp folder
next copy the flash 0 and flash 1 folders to the root of the memory stick.
now download umd emulator and put the 2 folders in the psp/game folder
use umd emulator to load the .iso gta program.
when you load the .iso the psp will freeze and nothing will happen, so it seems. now press home button and exit back to the memory card.
now you go to mph gameloader and it will automatically load gta lcs on you 1.50 psp.Success.I stink at explaining thing but there are hack sites that tell you exactly how to do this in great deatail and I gave you the jist of it.it does work and it will enable you to keep version 1.50 on your psp.

There is about a million different posts about this, you should search. Your post is also obsolete as we can emulate 2.71 FW fully. No need for mph game loader anymore.
